Mark 1:35–39
35Long before dawn the next morning, Jesus got up, slipped away to a deserted place, and prayed. 36Simon and those with him followed after him. 37When they found him, they said, "Everyone is looking for you!" 38Jesus replied, "Let's move on to the nearby towns so I can preach there too. That's why I came." 39So he traveled throughout all of Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons.
