Peter's Shadow

Leader in Jerusalem · Jerusalem

Acts 5:12–16

12The apostles performed many signs and wonders among the people. All the believers would gather together in Solomon's Porch. 13No outsider dared to join them, yet the people held them in high regard. 14And more and more believers were added to the Lord, crowds of both men and women. 15People even carried the sick out into the streets and laid them on cots and mats, hoping that at least Peter's shadow might fall on some of them as he walked by. 16Crowds also poured in from the towns surrounding Jerusalem, bringing those who were sick or tormented by unclean spirits, and every one of them was healed.
