Mark 12:41–44

⁴¹Jesus sat down across from the temple treasury and watched as people dropped in their money. Many wealthy people put in large amounts. ⁴²Then a poor widow came and dropped in two small copper coins, which make a farthing. ⁴³He called his disciples to him and said, “Truly, I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury.” ⁴⁴All the others gave out of their wealth, but she, out of her poverty, gave everything she had — every last coin she had to live on."
