Numbers 11:1–3

1The people began complaining, which displeased the LORD. The LORD heard it, and His anger was kindled. Fire from the LORD blazed among them, consuming those on the outskirts of the camp. 2The people cried out to Moses, and when Moses prayed to the LORD, the fire died down. 3That place was named Taberah, because the fire of the LORD had burned among them there.

What happened

The people complained about their hardships, and fire from the LORD burned among them at the edge of the camp. The people cried out to Moses. He prayed to the LORD, and the fire died down. The place was named Taberah, because the LORD's fire had burned there.
